- If you believe an item is defective or flawed, please email us at info@northerncowgirlco.com with a photo referencing the damage. We also ask that you add your order number in the subject line :) 

- Item(s) must not be worn, ripped, damaged, torn or washed.

- Item(s) show no evidence of wear including sweat or deodarant stains.

- Item(s) still have tags

- Item(s) in unused and in resell-able condition.
